The students of Bachillerato have met again this Thursday to have a cup of tea at five o’clock. We have had the chance of being all together sharing our ideas and projects in English. Although it is difficult for us to explain what we think, especially in another language, we try hard and finally we get our goal: being more fluent in English. We have realized that talking about our experiences keeps us together and encourages 
us to become more open. Saint Valentines’ day is close and therefore we have taken this opportunity to know better about how we live love to others. Thanks to Salle Joven and Modern Language Department, who organize this event, we have a spoon full of sugar in this meeting. Homemade Brownies, muffins and cookies always sweeten our evening and a week of exams which ends practicing the language of Shakespeare.

Este jueves los alumnos de Bachillerato nos hemos reunido de nuevo para tomarnos el Té de las 17:00hrs. Hemos tenido una vez más la oportunidad de estar todos juntos compartiendo nuestras ideas y proyectos en inglés. Aunque en ocasiones nos cuesta exponer lo que pensamos, sobre todo en una lengua que no es la propia, ponemos todo el empeño en ello y acabamos adquiriendo cada vez más fluidez. Hablar de temas relacionados con nuestras vivencias y experiencias nos mantiene unidos y nos anima a abrirnos más. La festividad de San Valentín se acerca y por ello hemos aprovechado la ocasión para conocer un poco más cómo vivimos el amor hacia los demás. Gracias a Salle Joven y el Departamento de Idiomas, organizadores de esta actividad, ponemos un poco de azúcar a este momento de encuentro. No faltan nunca los brownies caseros, las muffins y las cookies que nos endulzan la tarde y una semana de exámenes que finaliza practicando la lengua de Shakespeare.
